I called to order an additional piece of bedroom furniture and Sherry was super helpful and efficient and knowledgeable. I needed to discuss with my husband and when I reached out to her again she was out of office but responded immediately to my text and shared her manager’s contact info. He was also amazing!! Jeff completed the sale for me and he was super fun, friendly, and extremely helpful. Made the sale so easy. I highly recommend this store and I’ll definitely order from them again!

The staff was knowledgeable and professional, offering post sale services including delivery and design. Pillyanna was delightful to work with. Not only did she share with me actual in-home pictures of the table I was considering , but also, she gave me a wood sample to take home and compare with our current decor. A year ago I went into Woodbridge Interiors because I needed new castors for my Century office chair. Shervin treated me like I was making a big purchase…and it was a very small purchase. I was so impressed and decided if I ever needed any furniture I would go back to Woodbridge. And I did. I placed a nice order with them last week. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. Jeff, the Manager, goes out of his way to help in any way. And on top of all that great service, their pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend this wonderful, family owned furniture store. We met Sherri Skillman when we came to Woodbridge in search of furniture for our new home that we were purchasing out of state. After living in the same home for 28 years, we had donated all of our old furniture and were ready to start fresh, and although we knew we wanted a particular look and feel for our new home, I was having trouble describing what I had in mind. Sherri immediately made us feel welcome and relaxed, and within just a few minutes of listening, she was somehow able to understand our ideas, taste and style, and instinctively selected a gorgeous sofa pillow fabric in a pattern that embodied the mood, style and colors that I had been dreaming of. I instantly fell in love with it, and the entire design of our great room and dining room blossomed out of that very first thing that Sherri had shown us. Over a two day period, we (along with our dog, who was in a stroller the entire time) spent about 7 hours with Sherri, and the amazing Woodbridge Store Manager, Jeff, ultimately purchasing furniture for our guest suite and master suite. They were amazing professionals and incredibly kind people, and we left feeling as if we had made treasured friends. We are thrilled with everything we purchased, and can’t wait to see it all in our new home, once construction is complete. Sherri continues to keep in touch, shopping and researching additional items for our home, which we deeply appreciated. Thank you, Sherri and Jeff! If we had the option to give you a 1,000 star rating, we would!

My wife & I visited Woodbridge Interiors twice prior to Sunday, October 26 when we bought a beautiful desk we saw during our initial visit. The sales experience was very pleasant, low key and professional. We would like to specifically mention Pollyanna Talisse and Jeff Cooper who were both very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit Woodbridge Interiors again when we need quality furniture. Thank you for the great experience!

We had so many good interactions with Cherokee, our Interior Designer. First, she came to our home very soon after our request. That was a comfortable first meeting, and nothing afterward changed a thing. We went into the store separately as our schedules allowed to sit in the individual pieces, look at styles, leather colors, etc. We (make that "I") texted, emailed, and called to ask about our list of questions; and in every instance, Cherokee was delightful -- and patient. Without "selling," Cherokee moved my "I don't care about furniture" husband, intent on only getting a sofa and recliner, to one who changed the kind & color of the sofa and added a cocktail table and end table. I think it will all look wonderful, and I hope I (we) have the opportunity to work with Cherokee again.

Rebecca has been fabulous and the selection of products, quality, and pricing excellent. Rebecca helped us refine and update our style, correct sizing and color tones. We were lucky to hit the Memorial sale which made it all even better!

Bought a Stressless Mayfair Recliner and Ottoman at the MIssion Viejo, CA Store. Rebecca was our sales representative and she was exceptional! She took her time to respond to our initial phone call to the store, texting us photos of inventory and then showed us everything that we were interested in when we went to the store, since we had specific color and comfort requirements to meet. We finally found the perfect set and placed the order. The whole experience was fabulous. We will be back for other purchases and will definitely use Rebecca for all of these purchases.
